WNB 03: 3 DAYS AMBOSELI

Amboseli is Kenya's international biosphere reserve.Amboseli in Masai language means "place of water".The park has an endless supply of water which is filtered through thousands of metres of volcanic rock from mount Kilimanjaro.Vast herd of elephant, zebra, wildebeest, giraffe, impala and leopards are the main attraction.Mt Kilimanjaro forms the backdropof this game santuary and it is a sight to see and marvel at.

Day 1: Nairobi / Amboseli. Pick up 0900hrs from hotel.

10:00 hrs: Leave Nairobi and drive South through Maasai country via Namanga on the Tanzania border and on to Amboseli (picnic lunch served enroute). On arrival, settle in the lodge 1630hrs permitting proceed for a short game drive which provides a chance to see rhino, lion, giraffe, elephants and many other animal with Mt. Kilimanjaro, africa's highest peak providing a beautiful back drop. Dinner and overnight at the camp / lodge.

Day 2: Amboseli

06-30hrs: Proceed for an early morning pre breakfast game drive. Return to the lodge for breakfast. After breakfast proceed for a further game drive or to a lodge 15:30 hrs. Proceed for a late afternoon game drive returning to camp / lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Amboseli / Nairobi

After breakfast leave the lodge for the last game drive from 0630-0900hrs, leave Amboseli National Park for Nairobi. Picnic lunch is served enroute. Arrive at Nairobi in the early afternoon.
